It also empowers individuals and teams to solve problems and innovate, seeing mistakes as a learning process, and corrected with training. Recognition is linked to the values of the organization and so ceases to be a currency to be traded for personal favors and forced loyalty.
Transparency and equal treatment of individuals and teams is another factor that sets the ELEVATE Framework apart because this is rarely considered by other workplace transformation frameworks, but it’s the cornerstone of a true organizational culture of gratitude.

The ARGG framework builds on the already established neuroscience of gratitude.
Research studies have already shown that gratitude changes the chemical activities of the brain, producing more of the “feel good” chemical (dopamine); the mood stabilizer (serotonin), and the “love” and “bonding”chemical (oxytocin) in the brain.
The brain has also been shown to become rewired through the practice of gratitude to recognize and appreciate more readily positive experiences and events and less frequently of negative emotions like anxiety, depression, stress, dissatisfaction etc
These changes explain the happiness, joy, contentment, positive outlook on life, better well-being, higher achievements and productivity, better relationships with others, and the generosity that grateful people have been associated with.
The ARGG Framework builds on this foundation, and aims at total gratitude transformation of the individual, not just occasional or even regular gratitude practice. It’s a total change of mindset and attitudes starting with the ——-
Acknowledgement Stage which calls for self-reflection of negativity in one’s life, including self-centeredness, unforgiveness, lack of compassion, and oblivious of other people’s needs etc

Giving stage-reaching out to give of our time, talents/skills, and even financial support for the benefit of others
Gratitude living stage refers to the stage where gratitude becomes a way of life, not just something we do occasionally
